These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BG POS (“Software”, “Platform”, “Service”) provided by BG Digit (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
1. DEFINITIONS

Customer/User: Any individual or business entity using the Service.

Account: The registered profile created by the customer to access BG POS.

Subscription: The paid recurring plan granting access to POS functionalities.

Fair Usage: Limits and constraints designed to ensure optimal system performance for all users.

Data: Any information entered, uploaded, or generated within the Software.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You represent that:

You have the authority to bind your business or employer.

You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding sales, taxation, and business operations.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
3.1 Accurate Information
You must provide true and complete information during registration.
3.2 Access Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any actions taken through your account are considered authorized.
3.3 Unauthorized Access
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access or security breaches.

5. SUBSCRIPTION, FEES & PAYMENTS
5.1 Subscription Plans
The Platform is billed on a subscription basis. Pricing details are published on our official website or sales documents.
5.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the selected plan.
5.3 Payment Processing
Payments must be made through the approved methods (bank transfer, online payment, mobile wallet, or other designated channels).
5.4 Late Payments
Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in:

Reselling or redistributing the Service

Hosting or processing unrelated data

Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity

Attempting to reverse engineer or manipulate system code

Running bots or scripts that overload servers

You own the data you enter into BG POS. We do not claim ownership.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

9. SUPPORT SERVICES
Support is provided through the channels listed on our website (email, WhatsApp, ticket system). Premium or dedicated support may require additional charges.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

11.3 Post Termination
Your access will be disabled, and data may be deleted within 30 days unless a paid data retention plan is in place.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BG Digit is not liable for:

Business interruption

Hardware malfunction

Third-party service failure

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous billing cycle.
